Love the Batter!
Aloha Captain Barnacle!
I wanted to share my comments with you regarding your wonderful batter.We bought a few bags directly from you about a month ago at your lasttrade show here in Honolulu, Hawaii. We scheduled a "Fry Feast" withsome of our closest friends a few days later. We choose Guinness beeras our beer of choice, thinking that the bigger body of this beer wouldbe a perfect companion to your wonderful batter. We fried Opah,(moonfish) Au, (marlin) and some jumbo prawns. We also tried some homemade potato wedges and sweet potato fries. Onions, sweet red peppers,and zucchini spears all were dipped in to the magical batter and thendeep fried until golden brown. What a day!!! We all ate and drankuntil all was consumed. I can honestly say that you have made a few newcustomers for life and we look forward to out next day filled withBarnacle Bill's spectacular Beer Batter.
