Barnacle Bill's Beer Batter Deep Fried Zucchini

Here's the way we like to cook up Beer Batter Fried Zucchini using Barnacle Bill's Beer Batter!

First, thoroughly rinse your zucchini. You want to make sure you get any dirt off that may have been missed during the processing for shipment.

Cut the stem off and the other end as well. Now cut the zucchini in half, or as close to the middle as you're comfortable with :-)

Here's the nice trick to this. Take the first half and stand it on it's end. Now cut it down the middle, give it a quarter turn, and cut it down the middle again, to give you for lengthwise quarters.

Now do the same with the other half. Repeat this process as many times as necessary until you have all the zucchini you want to cook with Barnacle Bill's Beer Batter and enjoy!
