Great Beer Batter!

Just a quick note to let you guys know how much we enjoyed your product. Last night, we made some cod fish, zucchini and some pickles. All were great, full of flavor and the batter was very tender. So for lunch today I made some fish tacos with cilantro pesto and some onion rings. It must be your passion for good food or the taste of the islands that make this product great. Enjoyed it very much, it is better than the batter I have made in the past. I should rethink my batter or continue to buy Barnacle Bills. I was reading on the package where it says "melts in your mouth", that's no joke, it really does.
